The Mission

•  Supervise about 20 CCO staffers on Northern Ohio college and university campuses

•  Equip this staff to reach out and invite college students into a relationship with Jesus Christ

•  Train the staff to lead students into becoming transformative agents (salt and light) in the world

•  Strategize and implement ministry plans for each college in the CCO’s Northern Ohio Area

•  Expand the CCO’s ministry to other colleges and universities in Northern Ohio

•  Help lead the entire CCO ministry organization in continuing its excellence in cutting-edge outreach   and discipleship

•  Teach at seminaries and at Christian, private, and state colleges

•  Write curriculum and books on effective ministry in a postmodern context

•  Train staff within the entire CCO organization in the areas of theology, Bible interpretation, outreach, discipleship and practical ministry skills
